Shipping:

I ship using USPS ground to most states in the US, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. Located outside of the areas I ship to? Please contact me before purchasing on my website to see if I am able to ship to you! Any shipping outside the US and to the listed excluded areas above, must be arranged in advance by contacting me before purchasing an item on my website. Orders will be shipped out within 3 business days of purchase. Do you need a specific timeline or date for shipping? Please contact me before purchasing on my website to see if I can accommodate your shipping schedule. Expedited shipping must be arranged in advance by contacting me before purchasing the item on my website. I charge additional shipping costs for expedited orders. I reuse cardboard and packaging from a variety of different sources, which means you might find the outer shipping packaging material quite ugly! I do my best to reduce the amount of waste that goes into my local landfill and that means reusing cardboard and other box material for my shipping needs.

Oh no! The art was lost/damaged in the mail:

The best part of using wood panels is that they are less prone to punctures and other damage from shipping, but accidents sometimes do happen!  Please reach out to me directly via the “Contact” page on my website within two business days of receiving an artwork damaged in transit.  I will send out USPS tracking info once your order has shipped so you can keep track of your order’s progress and when it will be delivered. If your package is lost in transit with USPS, I will work with you to provide a refund and/or replacement.  Refunds and/or replacements will be provided on a case by case basis and given only at the discretion of the artist. Refunds and/or replacements will not be given for delayed mail delivery.

Returns + Refunds:

Refunds and/or returns will be provided on a case by case basis for undamaged artwork at the discretion of the artist and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs involved. Please reach out to me before you purchase if you’re unsure or have any questions. I will be happy to send you more info on the piece or send additional pictures, dimensions, etc. so that you can decide for yourself if it will fit with your home décor and current art collection! I want you to be happy with my artwork so please contact me with questions before purchasing on my website if you have any questions or concerns, I’m here to help!

Why don’t you offer prints?

It’s a one woman show here at Abby Lindstrom King Art! I have an idea, make the art, photograph the art, sell the art, ship the art, and handle all customer service. I’m currently in the beginning stages of my career as an artist, so I do expect to offer prints in the future... Stay tuned!

Do you take commissions?

I am not taking commissions at this time.
